The Head and the body
We are one in Christ Jesus with the Lord God Almighty. As we abide in Him and He in us, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin. Our heartbeats can become one with the Master in thought purpose and action. We live, move, and have our being in Him. Because of the life of Jesus in His born again believers, (us) we can do all things through Him who strengthens us. So anyone who confesses, acknowledges, and owns, that Jesus is the Son of God abides in Him, and we share the same physical body. Our bodies have become the temple of the living God (1Corinthians 6:19-20). We are the body of Christ collectively (the church), and are also called the bride of Christ. He’s the head and we are the body, the moving parts still here on earth carrying out the Father’s commands. Anyone acknowledging Jesus as the Son of God shall be saved. Saved from eternal punishment in hell alongside the accuser of the brethren, Satan, who will eventually wind up there with his followers. As the Lord’s living word abides in us we become empowered to do mighty exploits for God. Knowing His word keeps us on the straight and narrow of avoiding unnecessary troubles. Since He was worthy to become our living sacrifice, we should be faithful to carry our daily cross and spread the gospel.
