Though our outta self is wasting away (old age), our inner self is being renewed day by day. This is why we don’t lose heart. There’s a hell to shun and a heaven to gain. We have hope, not like the world or unsaved people, because we know where our souls will end up after death. Because of the fall in the garden, mankind was introduced to sin, good and evil have become. Before the fall, there was only good, and now due to the disobedience of mankind to God, the aging process has begun. Our outward man is perishing. From the death burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ, there has been a new download for anyone willing to have the ultimate aging process stop. We go on to live after death because we are spirits, and spirits don’t die. Where we spend eternity must be decided before death on earth. Our inner self, or inward man (human spirit), is being renewed day by day because of the Life Giver. Sin is the cause of natural death, and eternal death. It is vitally important to have this sin issue corrected by the blood of Jesus. The new recreated human spirit is the real you. The only way for entry into heaven is to get the sin washed away from your spiritually dead human spirit. Once we’ve received Jesus as Lord and Savior, that act gets us clean from all the wrong doings we’ve ever committed. Do not lose heart, the way has been made.

A friend loves at all times, as a brother is born for a time of adversity. When our friend sticks by us no matter what, especially in a time of adversity, that’s a true friend. Peer pressure, relationship issues, injustice, or anything that would cause your friend to shy away from you because of embarrassment or association shame, that friend is not a loyal one. I wouldn’t call them a friend at all. Now a friend that suffers along with you, in the shame of your bad decision or actions, that would be a brother born for a time of adversity. The Lord calls people alongside us that will have a ride or die attitude being with us. And the person the Lord sends won’t allow another person to bad mouth you when you’re not present. Brothers or sisters who have what you need in assisting you in not throwing in the towel, are you’re friends. The Lord needs you, and has set up a support system through the friend that loves at all times. We are lucky to find even one friend like that in life. As we stay in close fellowship with the Lord, He will cause that special person to come into our life. He won’t send the person to us if we aren’t mature enough to receive them. As you love at all times, through all the troubles and struggles of life, you become that brother or sister born for a time of adversity. Love bears up under anything and everything that comes. We are love children of a love God, and love never fails. We never fail when love leads the way.

Once we become christians, old things (the way we behaved, responded to different things, and mostly the way we think) have passed away, or I should say, the habitual tendencies for wrong doings have been broken. All things have become new, the way has been made for a brand new start in life. Our direction for eternity after death has changed to everlasting life with Jesus the Overcomer. We are being instructed today to forget those things behind us and reach for the high calling of God in Christ Jesus (Philippians 3:14 KJB). There is now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). If you know you messed up, then make things right or you will have condemnation, and rightfully so if you don’t make it right with the person or situation. Do not dwell on the pass, it has been erased from your record since you received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior of your life. We will all continue to mess up in life because we’re still not perfect yet, and won’t be until the next life. Forget the former things, God is doing a new thing and He wants us to be sensitive to it. We can move with the blessings of God by staying tuned in through prayer. Forget the past, live for today!

Encouragement in the Kingdom of God for His Saints, is to spur one another on to good deeds. We all have individual gifts and talents. My gift and talent may not be a perfect fit for you concerning an issue you may have. Your gift and talent may not serve me as well as someone else’s. Whatever our God given gift is, it’s designed to be a perfect fit for helping someone who can’t complete their calling without your talent. That’s why the Bible speaks of not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together to encourage, build up, stimulate, and incite, it doesn’t have to always be at the church.To do acts of love, and deeds of noble activity, we must come together and strengthen each other with our testimonies and revelations from God’s word. The body of Christ is to build itself up in love by each working part doing what they were born to do. That thing that drives us, compels us, that which you’ve always been drawn to in life, may well be your calling trying to make itself known to you. Along with our calling comes the realization of our gifts and talents. Good deeds spring from a heart of love that’s yearning to help others and not be as concerned about self.

The Lord is telling us to arise from the depression and prostration in which circumstances have kept us down. Easier say than done? Not necessarily once the Glory of the Lord has risen upon you. The glory of God in us causes us to shine in dark places. The Holy Spirit has come to live in us since the death, burial, and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. His presence in us is elevated as we spend quality time with God in prayer. When we are in prayer, the Lord is able to impart into our human spirits grace and power, and glory. The more we lend ourselves to prayer, the Lord can do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. The Bible says, we are laborers together with God (1Corinthians 3:9). We can do all things through Christ, but we can do nothing of great worth without Him. The purpose of our light shining from within us, is and always has been for the recruiting of souls into the Kingdom of God. We are God’s ambassadors for Christ in this foreign land, earth. The great commission for all saints is to go into all the world and preach the gospel. While you’re doing it, your light will shine bright.

Are you fashioned after and adapted to this world’s external, superficial customs? If so, it’s time for the renewing of your mind and washing of the word of God (Ephesians 5:26). Not a bad thing knowing we are fashioned after this world’s superficial ways, as long as we make a decision to get out of that once realized. We live here on planet earth along with all the bad influence and temptations to steer us the wrong way. By renewing our minds, no one can steer us wrong because we’ll know the truth, and the truth of our bad situation will be uncovered so we can see clearly, the lying tempter behind it all. There are principalities and powers of the air that influence people in every city, state, and country throughout the world. People may not understand because of their lack of knowledge. Renewing our minds takes us out of the natural mindset of this world’s system that has trained us all to think and act a certain way in life. We will live with new ideals and a new attitude. It comes automatically with belief in God’s word. Do not conform to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.

The Spirit of God led Jesus into the wilderness to be tested. God’s good Spirit will lead us into our personal promise land, or into the testing room of faith. His Spirit has the ability to download our marching orders for victorious living. But the Lord will lead us into a situation that requires our faith to get out of it. The word of God in us demands to be tested once it becomes ripe in our hearts. God will teach us His will by allowing us to go through stuff we might not ordinarily deal with if we weren’t seeking Him. We all will have troubles on planet earth, saint and sinner alike as long as we’re here. Learning how to live above our not so good circumstances takes faith in God’s will, His word. The level country and land of uprightness comes as a byproduct of living out God’s will in this corrupt world. We ultimately are learning Kingdom living. The Kingdom of God suffers violence, but from God’s camp, the violent takes God’s word and wields it by force against Satan’s highest ranking officers of evil. The effectual, fervent, vibrant prayer of the righteous avails much (James 5:16). The Lord’s goal for us is to lead us by His Spirit into whatever it takes for our faith to grow, and to produce the peace that passes all understanding, and to have clarity of mind during and throughout life’s challenges. Become who you were born to be. Allow the growing pains of faith permission to have you for a season, but in the end you will always win if you never give up. Your welcome!

Without the word of God being laid up in our hearts, we will sin against God. Ignorance is only good for a short period. When we are ignorant of a thing, and are not trying to figure it out after several times of being aware, then the fact is we’re trying not to be accountable through ignorance. That will never fly with the Lord. Ignorance is no excuse when we know in our heart of hearts we’re flirting with the temptation of sin. Let’s make it plain, sin is pleasurable with a cost, and the bill comes due sooner or later. When sin matures it produces death (Romans 6:23). This is why David spoke to God about hiding God’s word in his heart. Once the word of God has taken hold of our hearts, it will be in charge of our actions before we mess up. God’s word speaks to us 24/7 concerning everything pertaining to life, and godliness. As we become doers of the word, we open up a whole new lifestyle that exists above the evil in this world. Jesus prayed that Father God would not take us out of the world but that we’d live above this evil world system the devil has in motion (John 17:15). God’s word is food to our human spirits like physical food is to our bodies. We can’t live properly, and have the best life God intended without either. Hide the Lord’s word in your heart if you’re not planning on committing sin before Him. It’s the only way to live a righteous life before God.

To be a doer of God’s word, or not to be a doer, that is the question. We can all mentally assent to God’s word, but there’s zero power in that. To be a doer of the word in thought, purpose, and action is the only way to benefit from the blessings of God. The word of God must be lived, and not just head knowledge. The difference between a christian with head knowledge of God’s word and revelation knowledge of His word is disaster. The enemy knows when we’re faking it, acting like a strong Christian without the word of truth in their hearts. We must be doers of the word (the will) of God, and not hearers only. The power of God’s word is only manifested by people that totally trust what the Lord says, is what He’s gonna do. When a person listens to the word but does not do what it says, it’s like someone looking in a mirror, and after looking at themselves, goes away and immediately forgets what they look like. The word of God becomes a mirror to those that are doers of the word. The word of God will show you yourself, it will examine you as you become more and more of a doer of the word. Isn’t it time yet for us to stop procrastinating, or making up excuses about getting serious about God. Why go through another trail, or storm of life unnecessarily because you haven’t learned how to fight like the big dog Ambassadors for Christ. Time to grow up, let’s take this world for Christ once and for all, declaring and decreeing God’s word unto victorious living.

Since we’re at the beginning of a new year, we will be starting from the beginning of creation. God created the heavens and the earth. The earth didn’t just appear from a big bang theory. The big bang talked about, may well have been the sound of Lucifer getting the Holy beat down outta heaven by God, since he wanted to take over God’s throne. How is the thing, or angel in this case, going to overcome the One who created him. That alone was insanity on Satan’s part, to think he could be like the Most High and ascend above the Lord’s throne in power. Creation of heaven and earth also belongs to the Lord God Almighty. He created anything and everything that is alive. There is no life outside of God. There is no other god before Him (Deuteronomy 4:35,39). Before anything existed, there was a discussion in heaven about creating mankind. As Lucifer and the other angels have their own free will, so does mankind. The discussion is about, will mankind do what Lucifer did and become prideful and turn on Me. So mankind was created, and put on earth to go through all hell on earth to see if he will still choose God. In the mist of all the crisis, heartache, and loss of loved ones, will we still choose God. Choosing Him over pride, unforgiveness, and any temptation thrown at us. After being tested on earth and Jesus was the answer to your life’s troubles. In other words you’ve received Him as Lord and Savior of your life before transitioning, if so, your name will be written in the Lambs book of life, and Father God can trust you’ll know from experience on earth the consequences of following Lucifer’s actions.
