God Will Keep Us in Perfect Peace, On One Condition

When we commit ourselves to the Lord, lean on Him, and hope confidently in Him and trusting, perfect peace will be yours. Trusting God in this area means you’ve relaxed the worry and anxiety muscle due to the Lord’s presence in your life. God keeps us in the peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). This promise of God needs our participation no different than any other. Our minds must be kept on Him. A steadfast position of our thoughtlife must be fixed on the Lord. As our trust in the Lord grows a constant peace will flow unhindered. We must do our best at becoming unattached to the things of this world that cause drama and strife. That would include some drama folk as well, they got to go or peace will. Supernatural peace cannot flow amongst an atmosphere of discord or unsettled issues. But we can have peace in the mist of a storm knowing and trusting the Lord’s got us no matter what we’re dealing with. Without trust there is no peace that passes all understanding, because it comes from God in whom we must trust and believe in.

Stop Fixing Lies, Tell the Truth!

We must be acquainted with the truth to be guided by it. Meaning we should be walking in a greater degree of the truth than those of this world. The Spirit of Truth is here to guide us into every aspect of truth which frees us up of all nonsense and unnecessary drama. When someone is a bold face liar, it turns the stomach when you already know they are lying as they’re talking. The Spirit of Truth keeps us informed of such people in advance. He knows what’s coming before it gets to us so we can prepare. If we could always know the truth about every situation and circumstance we encounter, that would change everything about our lives. As we become more sensitive to the voice of God, that still small voice in your gut, we will hear the Spirit of Truth giving instructions for every life experience. Cultivating our fellowship with the Lord brings all kinds of life benefits. Jesus spoke to His disciples of the Holy Spirit coming to earth as He leaves to go to the Father after His ministry on earth (John 15:26). The Holy Spirit, Who is the Spirit of Truth is here now! Our daily fellowship with the Lord brings Truth to the scene of our lives. Victorious living starts in your heart, and spills over into your soul (by renewing your mind). And it is confessed out of your mouth by faith, and in time the truth will set you free, and allow you to go places most people try lying their way to get to. As corrupt as this world and its people are, they will pay a high price for an honest person to work for them. Stop fixing lies, tell the truth!

God’s Word is A Lamp to Our Feet, Because We Can’t Always See What’s Coming

‭God’s word is a lamp to our feet and a light on our path in life. There needs to be exposure to all darkness in real time. Darkness represents evil and demonic activity around us. The Lord is the light of the world (John 8:12) but darkness can stomp out the light necessary for life to flourish. God never intended for us to be walking zombies, but to be full of life and vigor. Since Jesus is the light of the world, we become the light because we are the body of Christ connected in Him. As we draw on His spiritual nutrition we begin to acquire all of Jesus’ mannerisms the way he dealt with people and the love that can handle any person. The well of understanding is deep, but deep calls out to deep meaning, the Lord is a bottomless pit of everything that pertains to life and Godliness for victorious living. And we are made in His image and likeness with the propensity to experience some of the deep things of God (Genesis 1:26). Jesus called us gods, we are little christs on earth (John 10:34). God’s word sheds light on any subject concerning life. It is a guide for sure footing in this uncertain world. The light of Jesus in us, is a lamp to where we’re going in life, it’s the rule book for avoiding unnecessary temptations and troubles. Once we understand the light we will never stumble in the dark again.

We Have Been Freed, So Why are You Living like Meer Men and Women

God has rescued us from the Dominion of darkness. We have been set free in Christ. Living out this freedom requires participatory action on our part. To get any of the benefits from being a Christian we must receive His way of living on planet earth. The earth was compromised long ago by Adam and Eve’s disobedience in the garden. That disobedience caused a ripple effect throughout mankind’s existence on earth until this day. We were all born into sin, taking on the sin nature by default (Psalm 51:5). That sin nature has caused us to live a little more intelligently than the animals. God created us in His own image and likeness (Genesis 1:27). There’s a way of life far above the actions and behavioral habits of animals. We are spiritual beings capable of commanding things to get in order concerning our lives. Because of ignorance of God’s way, we settle for a normal life, whereas the Lord expects us to live above the struggles and evil in this world unto a supernatural life. What was the point of Jesus dying for our sins if we don’t take advantage of that finished work at Calvary. Yes, we are in this world, but shouldn’t be of it (John 17:14). We are in the Kingdom of the Son God loves, and He, Jesus has redeemed us from the curse of the law, translating us into the kingdom of light from darkness. Living God’s way is simply living with self-control, more freedom from temptations overtaking us, and having a clear thinking mind along with knowing God’s taking care of everything, so you don’t have to worry about anything.

Worry Is Here to Stay, But it Can Be Mastered with God’s Word

‭Worry weighs a person down, but an encouraging word cheers a person up. To be around people that are constantly worrying, and full of anxiety, that anxiety and worry will attach itself to you. We are programmable humans that will be controlled one way or another, it’s how we’re built. Whatever we are constantly exposed to, it will rub off on us. Unless we are built up in Christ to the point we become the affecting entity of another’s soul with what we carry in our hearts and extends to our demeanor. Daily quality fellowship with the Lord is a necessary lifestyle to reinforce our position in Christ. We need to become aware that God is like electricity, once it’s turned off or there’s a short in the circuit board, the functioning of the product doesn’t work properly or not at all. Our pipeline to God can become clouded, clogged or disconnected altogether. Basically, without God we can do nothing of sustaining worth or value that truly matters (John 15:5). Worry is a very real thing that won’t go away, so we must master it with God’s word. We as Christians should be on the side of giving an encouraging word that cheers up others. We are the salt of the earth, and we must stay salted. It won’t happen on its own (Matthew 5:13). If we don’t stay salted, the verse says it is good for nothing and to be trampled underfoot by men. We are good for nothing without God’s constant input into our lives. Otherwise we will be influenced by this world’s demonic system automatically. Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down but an encouraging word makes it glad.

For the Faint and Weary Soul

The Lord will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint. He will fully satisfy the weary soul, and replenish every languishing and sorrowful person. The direct contact for immediate refreshing of one’s self would be to praise and worship God. He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). The Lord actually comes down with all of His comfort and renewing energy to infuse us with strength, confidence and clarity of mind. His presence in our lives changes everything. As we praise and worship the Lord, all enemy forces (Satan’s cohorts and evil spirits) cannot stand to be in the presence of God. So when He comes down because of our worship to Him, all the enemy sees is Jesus who gave the devil the Holy beat down in hell. He doesn’t recognize the person praising God because the glory of God has now become one with us. If you’re used to having the enemy in your camp, involved in your life, you may not be comfortable with God’s presence either. That’s very unfortunate and in need of immediate attention to correct right away. We are in this world but not of it. We are Ambassadors for Christ and should be mindful that every area of our lives belongs to Jesus, giving Satan no place in our lives (Ephesians 4:27-30). God will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint, if you let Him.

You Can Walk On Water, What?

God goes through the fire, and through the deep waters that are trying to drown you, along with you. He could instantly deliver us from all crises and our worst nightmares. Since He knows what it takes to get us in line with His faith believing program, He allows it. Without faith in God, we cannot get the help we need for victorious living. There are no troubles or attacks from our enemies released against us without first passing through the vetting system of God. He does not allow you to handle more than you’re able. So whatever you’re dealing with you can handle. Our mind will freak out if we haven’t renewed it with God’s word, (and meditate in that word everyday to stay strong in the Lord). You must have a mental understanding that God will never let you go through anything you are not equipped to deal with, it’s based on your faith in believing. He measures out the trouble on its way to you according to your faith level. As our faith level increases so does the level of attack against us, (What doesn’t kill you, truly can make you stronger). This is the only way your faith muscle will grow, and without faith it is impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). So yes, the Lord’s mercy is available when we miss it in life. But He has us all in the training room for faith growth most of the time. It must become a lifestyle or you’ll be tempted to give up often. Deep waters are indicative of deep troubles and sooner or later we must learn how to walk on the water of our troubles.

God’s Remedy for Discouragement and Sadness

‭Why are you discouraged, and your heart so sad? Putting your hope in God and praising Him brings light and life to your situation. When we feel discouraged and our heart gets sad from time to time, that’s your fellowship with God meter pointing to the red. We need a consistent flow of the Lord’s nourishment for our human spirit no different than we need food for our bodies. Our human spirits need to be fed to keep our spiritual wellbeing intact. When our spiritual wellbeing is in jeopardy, it will affect our mind and eventually our bodies. We can be in perfect shape, a well exercised machine ready for duty. Then for no apparent reason we don’t feel like our normal selves. Your mind hasn’t been altered from its normal thought patterns, so what’s wrong with you? We are affected mentally, and physically when our heart (spirit) isn’t right. We can easily become discouraged or sad hearted when we are spiritually exhausted. We are admonished to build ourselves up on our Most Holy Faith praying in the Spirit, which is praying God’s perfect will back to him and building our spirits up at the same time (Jude 1:20). If you are discouraged and sad hearted there’s help today. Praying in the Holy Spirit is a free gift from God (1 Corinthians 14:1-40), to all His servants willing to go deeper with Him.

If You’re Feeling Low Today, The God of All Comfort is Here

Father God, is the God of all comfort. And He expects us to comfort each other with this comfort. The comfort of God is not like that of the world. The comfort from this world leaves you unsatisfied from the relief of the worry. The comfort of God brings relief in your spirit, souls, and body. We are three part beings that can be affected in three different ways. Someone may give comfort and support to you for the crisis you’re dealing with, but you’re still unsettled in your soul. Praise and worship to the Lord during times of worry will rid your soul of discomfort and anxiety in real time. You are manifesting the presence of God by worshiping Him, He inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). Put on praise music and sing along with it until you get relief. Enough worry in larger doses will eventually affect our bodies. Too much worry, and anxiety releases a chemical of sorts in your body that can make you sick. Renewing our minds with God’s word, reprogramming our thought patterns to come into the revelation knowledge of, God’s got us covered on every side of trouble. If we don’t know this on a personal level with the Lord, you will not be comforted in your mind. Our new recreated human spirits are perfect before God, without worry supernaturally. As God comforts you, comfort someone else, they could use it right now.

What Does Holiness Mean to You, and Why Do We Need It?

‭There is no one Holy like the Lord. In unpacking what holiness is, we must be led by our spirits in our everyday life. Holiness won’t be recognized unless there is something to compare it to. To be unholy is to have some serious rough spots in our make-up. We were born into sin, with the sin nature as our governor. Until we are born again Christians, we are enemies of God, and we are the opposite of being Holy (Romans 5:10). To be Holy is to have a degree of agape love (the God kind) operating in our lives on the regular. This love of God is patient, kind, faithful, easy to be entreated, full of grace towards others, and self-control has a good hold of your behavior. Walking in the fruit of our new recreated human spirits is walking in holiness (Galatians 5:22-23). Holiness sets a standard that keeps us in line with God’s plan and His way of getting things done. Yes, you got the job done, but “Sister Easily Offended” was bent out of shape from the way you handled things. Self-control is the stabilizing force behind Holiness. God said in His teachings, “Be ye Holy, because I Am Holy” (1 Peter 1:16). The holiness of God cannot be compared to any other level of holiness, because He is God. But He knows the benefits of being Holy will take you much further then acting outside of your better self with pride and arrogance. He is the Rock of our salvation, and the stability of our Holiness.
