Great Things Come to Those of A Humble Heart

‭‭For He who is mighty has done great things for me. This scripture verse is from when Mary was speaking with Elizabeth (the mother of Jesus’ cousin). She was exalting God for choosing her to be the mother of Jesus. This was most definitely a great thing done by the Lord in Mary’s life. No one else can rightfully claim this great honor which was bestowed upon Mary. The Lord seems to always use humble people to do greater things (Luke 1:48). Moses was the most humble person in the world at that time and period of life, and we know his story of how God used him (Numbers 12:3). The Bible says humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, and He will exalt you in due time (1 Peter 5:6). God does great things in and through the life of any person that has found the answer in how to keep their flesh, mostly their pride levels under control. We can think of ourselves highly, but not more highly than we ought to (Romans 22:3). You might say I don’t recall God doing anything of great significance in my life, but having been born again and made a new creature in Christ is a great thing that was done in your life. Once we really understand the work at Calvary, we will know the mighty, great work God already performed in our lives. It is much easier from a natural standpoint, for a person born in humility and slowness of heart to be more sensitive to the voice of God. We can all get to that point, but it requires more time spent with the Lord than a person born naturally humble. As we humble ourselves He will do great things in our lives.

The Faithfulness of God Uncovers Our God Given Purpose in life

‭‭God’s faithfulness towards us was from long ago, even before time began. The Lord knew us when we were in our mother’s womb (Jeremiah 1:4-5). The weeping Prophet Jeremiah was told by God, He knew Jeremiah when he was in his mother’s womb. God told him He made him a prophet even before he was born. So our lives have already been mapped out by the Lord even before we were born. God hasn’t changed, He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever (Hebrews 13:8). God has been faithful to us concerning the road map to the success of our individual lives. After the fall of mankind, the discovery of those God given plans for each of us, have been buried in this world’s demonically run world system, full of demonic influences. Things have been made very difficult for the average person to find their purpose in life. Many people don’t have a clue why they were born. God gave you the plans of your life before you were born. The problem being, without the input of the Lord in the mist of this evil world, it’s not easy finding our place in life. The Lord made each of us to be what He built us to be. Without seeking the Lord regularly, we may never know who we were supposed to be in this world. Many have taken positions in the work force that don’t belong to them. You could be fulfilling another person’s rightful spot. God has done wonderful things, and He’d like to do more using each of us in the way He created us to be. And to do in this world what He planned long ago for us to do in life.

    Wake Up!

‭‭The importance of receiving forgiveness of our sins is the most important thing in life. Because when your life is over, and you transition to the other side (you die), if you never asked God to forgive you of your sins and receive Jesus as your Lord and Savior before transitioning, you’ll be lost forever. So what we do here and now amongst all the temptations and trails of life, crisis, and bad relationships, still, we must invoke our wills to be right with God before we leave this earth. Our testing is here and now to see if we will willingly go after the Lord. There is no help in spreading the gospel or talking about Jesus regularly enough on TV or social media for us to be impacted by the importance of being saved from going to hell. The way the Bible is presented by God has made it hard for those to understand that don’t apply themselves with a strong willingness of the heart to know. Those that complain they can’t understand the bible so they don’t read it, are generally the ones that don’t make it to heaven. There is so much enabling technology today and media platforms that allow us to listen to the bible in so many different translations for easier understanding. Today we are without excuse for not accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior of our lives. All we have to do is believe the bible like it’s true. Ask God for forgiveness of your sins and He will, and you’ll be sealed in His Kingdom, bypassing hell where the accuser of the brethren, Satan will be spending eternity. In the Matrix of this world, Satan has given the mentality of his ways as the norm for life, he legally has the authority to do it after the fall of mankind in the garden. Wake up!

Even Jesus Had to Approach God in Reverent Submission to Get Answers to His Prayers

During the days of Jesus’ life on earth , He offered up prayers and petitions with fervent cries and tears. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous person makes tremendous progress in its working (James 5:16). Even Jesus’ was heard not because of His relationship with God, but because of His reverent submission, our own children should have a reverent submission towards us when they approach us, with respect and honor as they should. Pride in a person will block their prayers from the Lord’s ears. Our humility has great value to God. The Bible speaks of entering His gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise (Psalm 100:4), a prideful person won’t do that effectively or want to at all). There are many references on how to approach God. We live under a prideful arrogant, ornery fallen world system. To not have some of those demonic influences attached to us, there must be the presence of God in our lives. This is why daily prayer and meditation in the word of God are so vital. Jesus offered up prayers and petitions to the One who could save His life. Even Jesus had to play by the rules of faith. Our faith is the only connection we have with God in this natural realm. We get answers with our faith, we overcome the storms of life by our faith in trusting God. We get saved by faith in believing it’s going to come to pass. There are many voices in this world but God is always listening for the voice of faith on the lips of His children.

Jesus Never Came to Earth to Be Served, and Neither Have Christians, That’s Right!

Jesus came to earth to serve, not to be served. Our servitude to the Lord should be as natural and important as breathing, yes, it’s up there like that. Jesus being the living Son of God came to be of service in helping mankind get restored back to God. He came as the Son of God, but without all His divinity and power like He has in heaven. After completing His ministry here on earth, all power has been given to Jesus Christ our Lord. He defeated the devil on his own turf in hell by giving him the holy beat down. Taking the keys of death and hell on His way out (Revelation 1:18). He rose after being punished for our sins unto all power and authority over death, hell, and the earth. He has ascended onto the right hand of the throne God. As we come into our own knowing who we are in Christ Jesus, we learn how to walk in our authority which is based on what Jesus did for us through His death. The fact that Jesus gave His life as a ransom for many, was not supposed to be in vain, and it wasn’t. We as followers of Christ, have been called to serve, period. We have been enlisted into the army of the Lord. We are His ambassadors, His ears, his eyes, and His strategist over agitating spirits, and moral conflicts (you’ll get there). We’re not to be conformed to this world and its way of doing things. We walk by faith not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7), believing God at every turn of our earth journey. Start walking in what you’ve been called to do. Tell somebody about Jesus, that’s a great start in serving God.

Morning Prayer Could Save Your Life

‭‭Once we have put our trust in the Lord, He will show us the right way to go. There’s always something special to God about the morning. It’s an opportunity for a fresh start. Early morning before sunrise is the blessing hour for prayer. There’s less activity going on in this natural realm, and in the spiritual realm. Principalities and powers of the air (Satan’s Generals, Captains, and lower raking demons)) need people to express themselves. Before sunrise most people are still asleep. It’s a great time to get to the Lord in prayer because there’s less spiritual activity going on that could cause some friction between our prayers and God. The stronger our faith is, the time of day matters not. Early in the morning it’s genuinely easier to hear the voice of God. There is less demonic spiritual activity, and our human spirits are usually more sensitive to God before the clutter of the day begins. The unfailing love of God could be expressed like this, a morning note from the Lord that says, “NO MATTER WHAT’S COMING YOUR WAY TODAY, I’VE ALREADY TAKEN CARE OF THE BAD STUFF. SO WHEN THAT PROBLEM COMES, STAND FIRM IN YOUR BELIEF THAT I, GOD, ALREADY HANDLED THAT SITUATION”. His love never fails. Allow the unfailing love of God to wake you up in the morning, and possibly save your life because of your own prayers.

    The Giving Way

To be a giver is a part of the christian experience, or should be. God gave first before He could reap the harvest of His family. He planted the seed of His only begotten Son to save the world, and to exemplify the seedtime and harvest principle of there’s no instant quick fixes in life. Abraham planted the seed of His son Isaac so we all could reap the harvest of Jesus becoming the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Many of us love holding on to stuff, like a hoarder. There’s a spirit in that mentality and it shows through the lack of your self-control. As we give it shall be given again unto us (Luke 6:38). When we give to the poor we are lending to the Lord (Proverbs 19:17). There’s a synergy between us and the needs of others being fulfilled. By planting your seed of giving to the poor, God is in your dept for a return on your giving at the exact time you need it most. It’s always good to have seeds of kindness, finances, or being a peace maker in the ground, you never know when you’ll need that harvest in your life. When we give to the needy, it’s not a time to shout from the rooftops the act of you blessing someone. The only return you’ll get is in that moment, the person thanks you profusely, but that seed of your giving will be contaminated and not produce because of your pride bragging about what you gave to the poor. Protecting the seed of our giving is important. Our words can negate the progress of our harvest’ manifestation. Always speak faith that’s in agreement with God’s word. Give to the poor, and God will repay you.

The Way, The Truth, and The Life

We’ve all had questions or wondered about which way to go (Direction), or had questions about the truth, or the how and why behind our existence in life. Jesus is the personification of the right way to go for abundant life, for truth versus facts, and His life which is the light that lights every person (John 1:9). That light that lights every person is what insures your next breath. There are so many religions and different beliefs about God. None can claim their God is living, or has created all life in truth. The only proof of life we’re getting concerning God, is linked to our faith. You make a decision to believe the bible is true, and run with it. Many say, “Oh that book was written by man”, yes it was, but the men, and women were inspired and totally influenced by God, the same way I’ve written this book. You can believe this or not, you have free will. Jesus said when He walked the earth ” No man comes to the Father but by Me”, and rightfully so Himself being the one who shaped and molded creation. Creation must be in agreement with the Creator to be able to live a blessed life. Once we taste and see that the Lord is good, we’ll not want to go back to our former lifestyle. Some of us will never know the difference between the way we’re living now opposed to the way (Lifestyle) of the Lord. Better is available, but we get comfortable with where we are, and don’t reach for more. The abundant overflow of blessings in our lives is not only for us, but to be a blessing to others. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life.

To be Ashamed is To be lacking in knowledge About Who You Truly Are

Paul declared he was not ashamed of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. Knowing it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes. The key to salvation is obtained by believing, using our faith in what is being taught concerning the Lord. God gives faith to every person to believe the truth of the gospel. In that moment, a decision must be made about whether or not you want the Lord in your life. If He’s not in your life down here on planet earth, He won’t be in your life once your body dies. The point of salvation is so you can skip dying and going into hell to make payment for your sins. The payment due for all your wrong doings will be on you personally to satisfy the Halls of Justice. By receiving Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life here and now, you bypass the punishment zone of hell, and you’ll go straight to heaven to be with the Lord. This power of the gospel can save the meanest, most angry, most despicable, evil person there is, and convert them into something completely opposite of their former lifestyle. Paul wrote this passage of scripture to the Romans with such an adamant attitude full of positive Godly motive. He was not ashamed in the least. Once we’ve lived through life’s worst storms and crisis, and you know how God’s power has kept you through it all, then we can say with true belief, I am not ashamed of the gospel.

The Closet Christian Barometer, When Your Atmospheric Pressure is Low

The great commission from the Lord is to go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. Once all creation has heard the gospel and has been given a chance to receive the good news of salvation, it’s a wrap down here on planet earth, and the return of Jesus is clear to happen. God’s love wants the world to hear, and receive His way of escape from bondage and self destruction due to the ignorance in this world of Him (Hosea 4:6). We will be without excuses trying to explain why we never accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior of our life (Romans 1:20). But since you have accepted Him, it’s time to take up your cross. Our normal life should be one of persecution, being persecuted for being a witness of Jesus Christ. Closet Christians are of no use to the Lord, zero. Come out of the closet today if you’ve been there. Since you know you haven’t been actively telling people about the goodness of God, and you know when you wake up in the morning you don’t do any kind of devotional time with the Lord. You’ve stopped going to church or the right church for you, and your everyday speech hardly ever includes the Lord, you’re in that closet. The world is so much bigger than the closet, you can come out now. Life begins outside of the closet with the word of God on our lips most of the time. There’s a hunger for the word of God we should all be experiencing that overrides what people think about us. Our time in prayer, and meditation in the word of the God can get to a point, all we desire and crave is that quality one on one fellowship with God. It is a personal relationship you have. Go into all the world and preach, teach and spread the good news of Jesus today.
