When You’re Trying to Do Good, but Can’t
Jesus came that we may have life and have it to the fullest. Satan came to steal, kill, and destroy. With the constant activity of Satan’s demonic influences in the world, mankind had no choice but to follow it. After Jesus completed His work at Calvary over 2000 years ago, He freed us from this demonically influenced world system. Jesus became the living sacrifice that took away the habitual control of sin on a human being’s life. Today it is still a choice that must be acted upon to reap the benefits of a sinless heart that’s right before God. Sin in our lives blocks the grace and favor of God in our lives. Without God’s favor and grace there are more chances for this demonically influenced world system to rightfully claim you (2 Corinthians 9:8). Without Jesus in our lives we will have zero control of resisting or even realizing this world has us by the you know what. There’s good and there is evil in this world, decide which side you’re on before it’s too late. There are no gray areas with God; black or white, hot or cold, Jesus or the devil. Without choosing Jesus, you default to evil with its punishments (John 3:3).
